Ordering & Canellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of each order.
I accept a limited number of orders per date to ensure every treat receives the time and attention it deserves.
All orders are subject to availability.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before your scheduled pickup date. Once the final balance is paid, all payments are non-refundable.
Because each order reserves dedicated time on my calendar, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled pickup date, after the final balance is due, are non-refundable in full.
Once your order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes to quantities, colors, designs, or other specifics. Increasing quantities may lead to extra charges and are contingent upon availability. Additionally, reducing quantities may not decrease the original total if materials have already been purchased or preparation has commenced. Approved changes that impact the scope of the order may necessitate updated pricing.
Pickup dates and times are pre-arranged to ensure orders are prepared optimally. If you're running late or need to change your pickup time, please contact Drizzles promptly. Alternate pickup times are subject to availability. Orders not picked up as scheduled remain non-refundable and cannot be guaranteed for pickup at a later date
All orders are pickup only.
Once your order has been picked up, it is the customer's responsibility. Drizzles is not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup due to handling, transportation, storage. heat, or other conditions beyond our control.
Please inform me of any food allergies when you place your order. Drizzles is not an allergen-free kitchen, and although we take precautions, we cannot guarantee protection against cross-contact. If you or your guests have a severe allergy, let's discuss it together to determine if we can safely meet your needs.
